hi i was in similar situation i didnt send pcc..so i put a question in the same thread and a forum member info_sk replied You can send your PCC, since it is not an additional document but a required document. Additional document would be something which is not mentioned or asked in the CEC...

hi ECAS Status: In Progress(Application received) Any june applicants who dint sent PCC with application ?? I have to send mine..but in the AOR its says dnt send any additional docs. Do i need to wait or just send it.. thnks

u mentioned your LMO rejected .So why u want to match your CEC NOC with LMO NOC. Are under PGWP? If you were working before under closed work permit(LMO) and want to apply CEC,then ofcourse both NOC should be the same
