why wasting time for just $200 do whatever is fast. In Canada $200 is nothing

That is really SAD. It there was really gap in study or they just rejected it. You can appeal if there was no gap at all

Do not argue with fee. just pay what they ask. you may save few hundred $ by wasting your and there time but that is not worth delaying the case. I think you will get passport request soon. Now they fee and upon receiving a fee then they send passport request same happened with my cousin FSW case.

I am not sure about the new forms but I was reading after posting this. I think this income is coming under other income and we should be. You can call CIC to confirm for peace of mind. Please replay here what they said. best of luck
