I had exact same case. I called cic mississauga. they changed my email id and phone no on file. Tell them your file which you get it by mail.

Hi Guys, I have a good news to share. I got letter from cic office Mississauga that my application for my parent sponsor is revived on June 2011. I got UIC number and i can check online now. It will be really helpful if some one can expain that what will be next.
