    Reference Letters

Not trying to be harsh... But I am not sure what the CIC's take is on self employment... I think there is massive room for fraud in terms of using made up self employment experience and using it it to score EE points... So if I was an immigration officer... I would look at ur application with a...

PR - Missing Employer Reference Documents

New information that came to my attention directly from CIC for CEC/PGWP

I feel for you. The only people who are really getting the worst of EE are the ones who have only a few more months on PGWP. There is no option for them to extend their stay unless they get an ITA and apply under CEC... Shear bad luck..

New information that came to my attention directly from CIC for CEC/PGWP

Currently being in the same boat as a PGWP applying for CEC, I feel this will help ease some worries: 1. It has been mentioned that at least for the near future (a year or so), they express to offer ITA to a lot of candidates that do not have PNP or LMIA. 2. They have set cap of around 23,000...

    second draw already done

Well I don't really agree with that. If I was in their position, I would be doing everything possible to get my score as high as possible. And as far as Ielts goes. Several programs have minimum score requirements that need to be met. I believe even EE doesn't let you qualify without an IELTS score.

Chill people. No 2nd draw yet.

So its TRUE!!! Second draw has taken place with a minimum score of 818. Imagine how badly this express entry system is failing just on the second draw. If you take out the 600 for either PNP or LMIA, the lowest ranked candidate had 218 points out of a possible 600. WTF!!!!! Good job CIC...
