I feel for you. The only people who are really getting the worst of EE are the ones who have only a few more months on PGWP. There is no option for them to extend their stay unless they get an ITA and apply under CEC... Shear bad luck..

Well I don't really agree with that. If I was in their position, I would be doing everything possible to get my score as high as possible. And as far as Ielts goes. Several programs have minimum score requirements that need to be met. I believe even EE doesn't let you qualify without an IELTS score.
