How to upload two PDFs online of Schedule A

Since you're the sponsor you don't need a Schedule A for you. Only your husband needs to fill one out.

January-April 2017 Outland lands - who is still waiting?

Hope it will be my week as well! Want to put my frustration with IRCC behind me and just get on with my life with my wife and kids.

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

The only difference I got in replies before vs after 12 months was that after 12 months "your application is still within normal processing time" was not in there. Otherwise pretty identical (and just as useless) as before...

Thread for Outland LONDON, UK Applications!

Another document request Jan 23...for proof of sponsor's intent to return to Canada after I become PR. Thing is...my wife is already in Canada since September last year and in September we changed her address with IRCC and sent a copy of our property contract; we bought a house in Victoria, BC...

    Are we done?

I'd say somewhere between 3-10 months of waiting, depending on your visa office, as you're only 2 1/2 months in the process. Some cases in some visa offices take 4-6 months total, others over a year.

    your action is reqired

Did you submit the documents through the online system? If you did, I know several people have missed that after you upload the documents, there is an extra step to actually submit them to IRCC. Did you do that? If you sent through case specific enquiry or regular mail, I guess it could be that...

Is it worthy withdrawing my application for PR under common law?

You don't have to withdraw your family class application in order to do an EE application, it's perfectly fine to have both going. I'm not sure, but I don't think you can get a refund. Maybe on the Right for Permanent Residence Fee? I don't know....

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

Finally looks like the Mississauga office think it's time to get closer to finalizing my application. Jan 16th 2017 applicant. Jan 5 2018, request for updated Schedule A. Sent it the same day. Jan 23, request for proof of sponsor's intent to return to Canada. My wife, the sponsor, lives in...

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

A couple of weeks until it's been 13 full months of processing for me. Still no real updates from IRCC. Still no one answering any type of questions other than "we have everything we need, if need more information we will let you know". I've been in contact with my MP, IRCC told him it was...

    OB570? Oct 2017 AOR

Yes, did my medical in February. Background check says not started. The status on my online account has been the same for more than 10 months, "reviewing elegibilty" and "medical passed". I have no idea what's taking them so long... Spent the last 21 years of my life in Göteborg, it's a great city.

    OB570? Oct 2017 AOR

No, I submitted my application first week in Jan 2017. Applicant from Sweden. Sponsor approval Feb 16 2017, Document request Feb 20 2017. Since then...a whole lot of nothing. I have tried since August of last year to ask if they need anything else, with no sucess.

    OB570? Oct 2017 AOR

Not necessarily. I'm being processed in Mississauga under the OB570 stream, going on month 13 now with no updates at all for more than 10 months.

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

Sweden. Application would originally go to London visa office, but was kept in Mississauga instead because it is a straightforward case that qualifies for in Canada processing under OB570. I feel so lucky I qualified for that...

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

I have passed the 1 year mark. Still no real updates since beginning of March last year. ECAS and GCKey account both look the same as they did in March last year. No one answers any case specific questions at all. Fine, I understand that application processing time can differ from case to case...

Post December 7, 2016 applicants under new application package past 12 month processing without DM

Exactly that is the one of the biggest problems. It seems like they can do exactly whatever they want without being held accountable for their actions. IRCC claims they process cases in the order they come in. Well, they don't really. They have an online system where they claim you can follow...

Post December 7, 2016 applicants under new application package past 12 month processing without DM

It has been a full year for me now, no real updates at all since they passed my medical first week in March last year. Tried both the call centre and case specific enquiry last week, still the same crap as always, only now they don't say "you're still within normal processing time" but instead...

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

So, my wife, the sponsor, got an email from CIC today, saying my application will be processed in Mississauga. Wow, only took them 11 months after sponsor approval to send that email out... Their system just seems scaringly disorganized....

Thread for Outland LONDON, UK Applications!

Update for the spreadsheet. Document request Jan 5th, new Schedule A. January 16th 2017 applicant. Pretty sad this is the first communication from IRCC since March last year, was hoping and expecting for DM/PPR when I received an email last night.

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

I had the first update from IRCC today since end of February 2017. They want an updated Schedule A which they already asked for and got 11 months ago. This whole process is starting to feel like a joke.
