Also, provide all visa stamps on your passport, EP or Student pass approval letter while you submit your application. In my case, I entered SG as student in 2006 and left under EP in 2010. In between, I have stayed under Tourist Visa maybe for 3 or 4 months. I didn't really mentioned it...

No, You just need one and moreover there is no specified dates mentioned in the SG COC. Clearly state the day you entered the country for the first time and then left for the last time and also mention addresses you might have stayed during that period in your LOE.

    Cec-LMIA applicants, let's connect here:)

I feel adding LMIA to the mix shouldn't really affect the timeline. It just an additional document and what matters most is your 1 year experience. LMIA should work in your favor since it's a proves case for your NOC.

Is first language (IELTS) the same as native language ?

Also, most of us in India who went to English medium schools might have learnt all subjects in English so it gets a bit tricky. I mean English was my first language in School, second language was Hindi and third language was my native language.

I still feel having a valid full time, permanent Job offer with LMIA should be given more points. At least 100 not 50!

You mean your appeal was rejected with ITA? A lot of forum members here in this thread were getting their CoCs with ITA. I sent my appeal with ITA taking advice from this forum and it got accepted and I am waiting for them to accept my fingerprint form.

You can get it from here https://www.redsealnotary.com/ They have standard RCMP forms as well. Finger printing along with notarization will cost you around 110 CAD.
