I had a similar situation, where my application for myself and all my family members were classified as "Worker - Non EDE". Would that be a problem? Sharing a link will be highly appreciated. I couldn't find any document/ link stating which classification shall be used for PNP applicants and...

These documents are not required by CIC explicitly. I think I may add my IELTS to my education documents. For the nomination certificate, Iam pretty sure that they have a record for that, as they added 600 points to my account. I don't think that I will attach it.

My case is very similar to yours. I attached only documents related to my highest degree obtained. I added my certificate., transcript and Wes report. Best of luck dear!
