Can you access your electronic banking to check whether the transaction has been done or not? Cic took previously around 40 days to reply to a query of mine, so don't rely on them.

I don't recommend that at all. Police certificate are one of the most important documents in your application. What is the reason? Are you running out of time? Please share it with us and we may help.

I am sure that she meant Express Entry payment. Based on several discussions with peers, I know that you have to pay with credit card. Some tried to pay using a debit card and they got transactions failed.
