Hello and welcome to the forum. Congrats on hearing something from Kingston. Emailing them and telling them you paid the fee was the correct thing to do and they will get the mix up fixed on their end. I would think you should hear back from them approx about a month after you submit the police...

@ Lovergirl...i tried to answer your pm but it says your mailbox is full lol did you not send a prepaid DHL envelope with your passports? That is how they send them back....in the prepaid envelope that you submit and you have already paid the shipping when you buy the envelope. ;D

OMG soooo excited yes~! Hubby called me about 1/2 hour ago to say that passports are at the high commission now and now we wait! I am sure I will bawl writing that landing story! LOL
