Finger crossed buddy. My application reached on 15th and I think it's in the list of 1000 now. Difficult to say when cap was reached. Talk your bank if your DD is encashed or not. If yes, that means you are also within the cap. All the best.

Hey Thalia, When do you think NOC 0631 might have reached the cap?? My application reached there on 15th April. I m like 50-50 case. BD is not yet encashed (status as on 29.04.11).

Dear Ashfaq I did not mean that. I wanted to say if BD is not encashed for so long means they might have proceesed to return your file. If your BD is encashed means your file is complete and your case is being considered.

You should check with your bank from where you got the BD orelse you may also check with the partner bank in Canada. Usually it's taking 30-40 days time for PER as we can see in the tracker spreadsheet. Most probably in your case, they might have returned your file.
