"Now" is right. The business card you mentioned is a sticky label which the address of LVO. You need to use it for your envelope to LVO, that's why they put it there. ;)

You can do it online as well, it's very easy and takes just a few minutes. They will send the cheque to your address the same day (if ordered before noon). Btw. Yolanda is right, the cheque should be made out to "Receiver General for Canada" (it was a typo in my previous post). Do not forget to...
