    Why would anyone need to send new police certificates if they never left Canada? As long as you stay in since the time you applied you are good

    Everyone has the same question about police certificates) no I don't think you need to send them. As for the rest scan them again to make sure they receive it. Tell them you haven't left the country since you filed for PR.
