I don't think they do visit workplaces at the moment. I haven't heard any case where thay have visited workplaces. That was a while ago.

Don't worry mate, my status is same from 8th Dec In process with processing date which is 8th as well. Still waiting for medicals. No one will be able to predict the timeline of Medical as you can see some have got it within 1day, 1 week a month. The key is patience. ;D

You can only expect something when your status shows that "We have reviewed your file and processing has started on XYZ date"

I am waiting for MR from 8th December when my status changed to In process.
