I think you are just a few inches now... Does background check directly relate to In Process status as per the notes ?

It was 90 days and 6 months back then.....its 35 days and 9 months now....basically its a straight hit to apr-may-jun applicants...

Absolutely, it was a big visit and im pretty sure it added to the delay and then diwali does tend to slow down office work too...2 more days this week but not very high hopes...
