    If you file with CIC to get your notes it will cost you $5 if you apply thru a website other then the official government site they will charge you more unecessarily.     Eagle - the new consent forms come with a signature line for a representative in section C. Can you please let me know who needs to sign here - we don't have a representative - the consent form is filled out by my wife giving consent to me her husband and sponsor. thank you for your help

    lol exactly. I called CIC this morning only to hold and give up after 50 minutes .... i'll try again early tomorrow am and let you know if I get any concrete answers ..... find it hard to believe we are the only ones unsure of the new signature line.

    Just be patient. If you did not fill out the form correctly you will be notified and advised what is required to complete your application. You will get an email within 2 weeks should they need more information from you.
