I thought the question applies to previous application we've had with CIC. Like work permit application, renewal of visa etc.

How about previous application to CIC without foreign work experience added to the application and now one is adding the foreign work experience to his/her express entry profile.

Hi, Has anyone withdrew his/her own express entry profile and created a new one afterwards?

Could you please provide a link? I thought we only need reference letter for foreign work experience. There are no traces of pay stubs or T4's coz of my country of origin. I've got t4's and Noa's for Canadian work experience

You are absolutely right. I predicted the scores going down to 350 and someone said impossible. No one knew CIC would bring the scores down to 481 from 735. You never know what CIC is gonna do next. Just relax and have some glass of water.

It's simple. Write a new Language test. Try as much as possible to score at least 6 in either Speaking, Reading, Listening or Writing. Wait if some seniors or experts can recommend better option.
