Those that are part of SIR program (straightforward batch )they have in their notes stated: special program: SIR. I can see though that you have the same group # and description as mine. When did you submit your app?

Yes I sent the OWP app in the same envelope (box) with my PR to Mississauga office. Damn right I'm gonna send a query because I do qualify for the program and to be honest, no one even opened the WP file yet...
