If your PCC contains date, I think you may face issues. As mentioned in another thread posted by a member states that his application was rejected coz he didn't provide PCC for complete 10 years or starting from 18 years.

I think when PSK gives you a NOC by stamping your passport, it means you don't have anything adverse against you in police records for any time period. Because as mentioned by other members there's no mention of dates in PSK PCC.
