@katileia we need to spread out its better if all caregivers can go to toronto for the protest but i know its impossible so i just suggest we make noise in every part of canada we all have to do our part here coz we are all fighting for it we can't just sit while others do their part

There are lots of caregivers in alberta province right?how about a peaceful demonstration in front of CIC vegreville office where our beloved visa officers work everyday we should create some noise in front of them too,maybe they'll even talk to you

I wonder what CIC's basis for a case to case basis application they said some got lucky to have owp on may and june because its case to case but didn't we just did the same thing?finish 2 yrs then apply,and what do they mean by lucky? is it like a lottery game that if they pick your number you...

Its just goes to show us that many single applicant recieve first stage approval,we didnt recieve or hear anyone with dependants got something change ecas this whole month of september tomorrow is october i hope its the month of with dependants give us what we deserve cic we finish this program too

Its election time again for the province so if the candidates are in your neighborhood especially when it is a conservative candidate maybe a little voice out can reach them maybe they will notice us

We don't know what is going on right now what are they up to we are just getting miserable everyday feeling hopeless and stress,they say the single applicants get process first because they are easy to process?with no dependants background check no security check no medical check blah blah blah...

@sarah cunanan yeah i knew its gonna add another month because some april applicants who got way pass 17 mos doesn't have owp yet this really drains patience because your gonna expect again for another month and it doesn't stop there so we better prepare to wait 24mos i wish i could turn back...

This is really outragious i knew its gonna be 17-18 mos this is just unacceptable it could go to 24 mos for the ones with dependants when are we gonna see the light pls give us a break CIC

Maybe its something good for you try calling it again i really hope there is something good for us with dependants its update day again tommorow i hope they wont push it to 17-18 mos its gonna be really frustrating if it happens

@sweetchad maybe you should call cic again to ask them why they call maybe its something good for you and something for us with dependants to have hope

What is the location of cic that you call?isn't it suppose to be in vegreville?so that is why cic agent doesn't know whats going on our application they just click your file num name and all they see is in process like the ones were doing on ecas we cannot get any straight answer from them

@sweetchad your 17mos right now right?didnt you get anything yet?did you follow up your application on cic?maybe it doesn't matter if your 17,18,19 mos as long as the date is still april 3 you wont get anything look at poknat she is way pass 17mos but then again her paper got transfer to a local...

@katilea it will come just have patience it may not come tommorow next week even next month but it will come for sure as long as cic is not denying you there is still hope actually yours is not bad cause your single compare to us with dependants that has more burden of a family separation good...

We just need straight forward and truthful answers from them as to what is going on i think strike is not a solution here as some will lose interest in it if they think its not gonna do them any good and also if they already get what they are waiting for we just need a diplomatic solution there...

I hope all the caregivers here especially the singles that got their owp will help their fellow cargivers especially the ones with dependants that are still in the line i know mr fabregas is willing to help us caregivers we have his support so please help us let's expose cic's hidden agenda...

@sweetchad are you still in touch with atty rafael fabregas?maybe he can help us get some answers as to why this are happening,isn't he the one who fights for changes in lcp that is why the 2nd medical is remove?maybe he can help us get straight forward answers from cic,maybe he just need proof...

@sarah cunanan you are right but does that gonna do us any good i also have one employer since i came here i still work for her until now i have dependants but they didn't recieve anything yet and im 16 1/2 mos now i was just hoping for some good news did you inquire in cic about this ongoing...

@sarah cunanan now they update it to 17 months flat still april 3, 2010 but i guess this one is not ginna affect you since you are a single applicant
