Yes you can ask for urgent processing if you have purchased your ticket, however I am not sure how much time they would still take.

I have got exactly the same letter. I also need to upload the document in principal applicants section. I will fill out the form electronically, print it, get my wife to sign it and then upload it. Hope that helps. Try to avoid hand written forms if you can. Thanks

I got schedule A request as her visa was rejected before.

They just sent me an request for schedule A for my wife. I am guessing they ask everyone if their visa was rejected in the past as they specifically mentioned to give details in section 6.

I think for CEC applicants, we will start hearing good news (hopefully) in the middle of October, and for FSW inland it will be late Nov or early Dec according to what I observed in other threads. I just hope everyone gets a positive reply even if its a month or two late.

Amendments pages are the ones which show the extension of your passports expiry or similar changes

As a matter of fact, I received a phone call from AINP officer last Sunday. I believe they are working on weekends. It shouldn't be a big deal.

It all depends on their visa officer and how much work load they are processing. I have seen that visa offices outside Canada have processed the applications faster compared to in Canada.
