Please keep in mind that not everybody is updating his/her status regularly. So those guys could have had their AOR or got applications returned. Above somebody confirmed with CIC, Nov 9th applicants was in progress (3-4 days ago). I believe that there is nobody waiting prior to that day.

What if you enter India or Country X as a Canadian Citizen? Like a tourist. And leave country X as a tourist? Inside the country we can use our national id if we need to something as a citizen.
