There is nothing to be worried about. I got my GCMS notes recently after PPR. "Ministerial Instructions" is set to 0 even after file has been finalized. Just wait.. you will get PPR soon..!!!!!

You should be fine. They send an email if there is any possibility of a negative decision. If you didn't get any email, DM should be positive one. Just wait, you will get PPR soon.

I did... That line was for RCMP finger print CIC requested in Feb. But that line was added before PPR.

The chance of getting a negative decision after DM is almost zero if CIC requested RPRF already. Did you pay RPRF already? I had to wait 28 days for PPR after DM on ECAS. Hope you wouldn't have to wait that long. Good luck...!!!
