CIC can't answer anything, too lazy.

Exactly my sentiment. I applied when it was 8 months, and now it's 16, we didn't prepare for 16. All we see is our goal being pushed further and further into the future indefinitely.

What happens to all the people who never get an AOR because CIC was too lazy to issue one? If they're too lazy to issue an AOR, then I'm guessing they'll be too lazy to issue an OWP.

All inland files with AOR? That definitely sounds too good to be true. I imagine the person at the call center was just confused. Either that or they'll send our the OWP's like they send out the AOR's: maybe, sometimes, if they get to it.

What rate? Processing a single day every week? If this completely unacceptable rate doesn't change, it'll be about 3 years. They're still processing August 2013, it takes them a full month to process 4 days. It will likely take another 2 months for them to start processing September. 2013...

I don't understand why CIC would encourage everyone to apply Outland. Is it because they have no ability to shift any resources over to Inland? They already only have one person working on Outland, and no one ever applies that way? I personally was encouraged by CIC to apply Inland.

I'm thinking exactly the same thing here... How is that even remotely possible. I don't understand how that is even remotely sustainable. At this rate the processing time will increase indefinitely. At this rate, someone applying today will wait 7 years.

It's silly that they complain about a form that 1 or 2 months out of date, when they don't even look at any forms till they're a few years old.
