Hey have you called CBSA mentioning that we have issues with timezones and Internet stability in India? If not,try once. I was told they consider these. Please revert back after you call.
New update: 50% is determined by number of courses and not length. So please take this into consideration. This would mean some students might have to change their course load. Please be careful...

Manpreet, i assume you are studying online from India. So you will be studying 100% of your course from india? Won't that make you ineligible for PGWP for the duration of first course as it will be more than 50%>
She never had a study permit itself(which is issued after landing in Canada) She is just approved for one. How can she extend that? I don't understand how's that possible..
I can't answer that much in detail about AIP. Nobody can. Heck, i have a visa before 18 march and i don't know when i will be able to go because i have online classes. If it were me, i would defer for Jan and see how things turn out.
You can't travel until the VACs open. You will have to defer your program if that's the case. Canada doesn't want people coming into their country at the moment. But want their money.
Mate its Air India which is causing problems even to Students with in person classes. I know two people who were denied despite having all the support Letters for in person classes...
Hey those 3 points are really specific. Were you provided some document on which these were mentioned? Can you share that if that's the case? If any, personal info on that doc/email please hide it. Thanks.
