It might not be case of Mismatch especially if you have added a SOP explaining changing your field. But CHC ISB is very strict when it comes to issue Study permit. so keep your fingers crossed. Good luck.

To get OWP from outside Canada is not easy. Your husband should first apply TRV and after arriving in Canada, he should apply for OWP. If he has strong home ties and funds, getting TRV would not be a big problem Which course are you going to study at Lethbridge?
