I think it is a double blulff and Mr Engineer isn't in fact an MI3 applicant but he actually works for the LVO and uses this forum to help establish the credibility of some applications

Kinda have to agree but hopefully the MRs will be coming very soon and they stick to their average of 17 days from 2nd line date to MR. Too late for me to be I am still hopeful that they will send loads out from now until the end of the first week of July.
