I agree with Zardoz. From your timeline you medical was done 6/7 months before the application was submitted and it is only valid for a year.

Thank you for the support everyone! We fly out on the 8th Aug. Enough time to get everything sorted out here. Hope COPR arrives by then but if not we are going anyway. I chose the 8th because 1 it was the cheapest I could find to halifax and alot of my family including my mum go on holiday...
