Its my understanding that you are suppose to apply 1 month before it is due to expire so the 1st of August would be a good time, while you wait for a reply you will be on implied status as it takes a while to get an answer and will probably be longer from the strike, therefore you could apply now..

Me too but I doubt it, I have been checking everyday, although it has been nice to see a couple of 2012 applicants getting DM. means we aren't totally forgotten about...lol. Im in 2 mind about when to change my mailing address Canada...this immigration process is too hard on my head.

I think they are processing in receipt of application but it seems some Visa Officers are quicker at processing there applications than others...2013 applications are being done in order of receipt however I think what is unfair is that some 2012 applications have slowed down on processing for...
