I submitted a certificate of tax exemption (for my voluntary experience) but I'm not sure if it's accepted since I'm still waiting for my AOR. What I did though is I complied with the requirements (i.e cedula,barangay cert,TIN number). I also got an affidavit from a lawyer explaining my situation.

You can use your payslips. Make sure the copy's certified. Are you working abroad or your salary is below the minimum wage?

It means Acknowledgement of Receipt. It basically means they have opened your application and payment was encashed. Along with it is your file number. You'll use it for further ammendment/update of your application. :)

Sa BIR yung tax exemption, April. Yung may SSS, what others did was they printed their contribution details online and they brought it to the SSS office para ipa CTC. :)

I used U118 for my application. They say you can use either of the two. :)

Currently waiting for AOR and I'm planning to apply as enrolled nurse in Singapore while waiting for AOR and CSQ. I'm just wondering if pasok pa rin ba yung JD ng enrolled nurse sa U118? I'm worried lang kasi if ever (and hopefully) in the long run, they'll ask for updates reg my employment. TIA! :)

If it's possible, you can make your certificate yourself and let the HR or your superior perhaps to edit and sign it afterwards. That's what I did. It doesn't hurt to charm your way to let them understand your plight. :)

I had my bankdraft @ BPI din and I did not print my name on the back side since may naka sulat na sa front na RE: and my name. I read in the past comments na wla na din siyang nilagay na name and quebec was able to encash the cheque. :)
