I sent more documents and included a letter of explanation that said my gcms notes suggest xx document was missing . I attached old documents, took a marker and highlighted it, the date, all the info that they claimed was "missing" and sent everything via cse. Ordered gcms notes about a week...

This is what i'd received as well. However, i ordered my 2nd gcms notes a week or so after and when I received them (23rd Jan) i saw they'd included my new paperwork but my status was still RR and hadn't changed since Oct (initial RR date). They are slowwwww! Oh, one more thing. My job contract...

Did they email you saying your documents have been forwarded to the case officer?

I saw a ghost update on the profile, I think it was on Thu/Fri the week before Feb 4th. I called them up and they said my eligibility changed from RR to passed and hence the update. Next stage: ppr email

Proactively. Submitted documents on Dec 26th, received ppr email on Feb 4th
