Yeah. CIC could keep changing the processing time so we have to wait forever. Look at pre2008 applicants. CIC eventually realized that they will never process the applications so they decided to return them all. They just kill our hope little by little. Hope we could all end up getting the PPR...

Yes. The MER has been updated in Jun 6. After that the ecas has been disappeared twice with the same info inside.

I saw someone posted the same. This 6-8 weeks was counted starting from Jun 1... Basically, we won't hear from them until the week of July 16, according to this.
