here's my problem...sp,wp
I have a 4 year open work permit based on my Spouse's study permit. However, my spouse dropped out of school several months ago and I don't think they're going to go back. Can my spouse switch to a visitor's visa? If so, can I keep my OWP? Your thoughts\ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks- cosmo777

Thank you for your response. Do you think CIC will apply the new rules retroactively? In other words, if they find out my spouse hasn't been studying (prior to June 1st) could we still be removed from Canada? Furthermore, If I can get my spouse to start studying in June would we still be at...- cosmo777
