I assume his spouse contributed 30 points out of max 40. So 30 points to be deducted when calculating crs for single applicant.

Yes, most likely it's gonna be 422. You can ask your cousin to use the CRS tool (available in CIC website) to calculate the point.

My guess for the next draw is, CRS gonna go up to 430+ given the long delay and so many new applicants added with higher points. But I really pray for CRS to go down below 410 asap.

It's completely normal. Just wait around 24 hours for the status to be 'submitted'.

I heard that for work history of spouse can be skipped in the EE profile as no points are claimed, and one can add spouse's work history in the LoE while submitting application after ITA. Is it authentic? Won't it be misrepresentation in terms of hiding info in the EE profile? Someone please...
