I have attached

I have attached my previous mark sheets and transcripts with my ECA. You need to play safe and provide them as much information as possible. Providing additional information will not lose anything but not providing enough information can prove to be risky and expensive in future.

For your second question, I think you need to select 'Two or more Diploma or Degree'. But make sure you have ECA for your diploma and degree both. ECA is needed for your all education which you are showing in your profile.

For your third question, In future, if you are planning to add your wife in your application, you need to submit marriage certificate. IRCC or OINP are smart enough to match the marriage certificate date with your profile creation date. If they have any question, they will send you 'Procedure of fairness' letter and ask for an explanation. It is better to be transparent and does not hide any information from them.

Regarding your CIMA, leave it on WES to decide. If they are proving it as a valid diploma than you are good to go and you can submit your one single transcript with a letter of explanation or a letter from CIMA that you are exempted from the other 5 papers. Again, I am not an expert. Just trying to help you in your application process.

Are you saying that since i have ECA for my Masters Degree only that I shouldn't include my Bachelors Degree even when they asked for all post-secondary education? Please clarify.

No, Please include ECAs for your all degrees including diploma as well.
WES will not evaluate Master without Bachelors.

@neo,
Please clarify before i submit.

I evaluated my highest degree only using WES. That is I only have ECA for Masters Degree.

I don't have ECA for Bachelors.

But they asked for all post-secondary education history. Please should I include both Bachelors and Masters. Or just Masters that I evaluated? Please I want to submit now and any prompt response will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

3. I got married few days before getting NOI but the marriage was within two families, no relatives, my employer and colleagues are not aware of my marriage. Does Ontario do any background/status/security verification with anyone? I'm scared of misrepresentation although I will include my spouse in the application and will upload marriage certificate.

Thanks mate for enlightening the concerns. Just to clarify a bit more on the third question, I already included my spouse while I created profile as accompanying and I will submit our marriage certificate in OINP application as well. My concern was, if Ontario/CIC does any physical verification for relationship from/ inquire to neighborhood/colleagues/my office, then as people are not aware of it, they may answer that I am still single. Is there any chance of such verification?

Hi folks,

I would like to participate in this program with NOC 2174. I got 350 points, however the EE site says I cannot apply because I do not meet minimal (got 64 of 67 points) criteria. Can I still apply for OINP?

One more question: do I need my diploma verified with WES before applying to EE to get NOI?

I think you need a university degree to apply for OINP.
You can double check on their website.

I do not think that they will double check your marriage thing with co-workers and neighbours.
Not something I heard of. But, still, you never know.
If you have a valid marriage certificate you are good. Plus, if the age gap between you and your wife is sensible than no worries. Still, I am not an expert.

I hold a Bachelor degree in CS, but I haven't yet got the results of the assessment from WES.
You need to wait till you get the result from WES. When you create your profile on OINP, you need to upload WES ECA report. good luck.

Lol why will IRCC be worried about age gap b/w spouses ;)
