Hi Roberto, we have to mail the original physical copy of PCC to CPC unless specified. When I asked CIC to add my spouse to the application, they clearly emphasized original PCC has to be mailed.

It's OK. If you send by email, CPC will reply asking you to re-submit with correct files. as far as I understand, they intend to have everything in one file. This is what they requested when I send spouse add on materials. As for the NOA/T4, you don't need to send originals unless specified...
