We got that same letter mid January. And we are still not able to link our app in mycic. I have pressed that contact us and have had no response. So I have been trying everyday for almost 2 months and still no luck

I've been watching yours too hehe :D they received ours Dec 29, sent me SA and that our app was sent to Mexico Jan 20th and Jan 27 our ecas changed to in process. I still can't link to mycic so it's killing me that I won't see any movement at all.
