It depends on college only limited colleges accept PTE in Canada.. if college/University give u offer u can apply for visa. With PTE u cannot apply under SDS category. U can apply under non-sds or university category with PTE without any problem

U can opt business related programs.. Its common after BTech.. but I was shocked when my friend got visa for business program after Bsc(non-med).. I mean business is like potato, it goes with everything :-)
