it is not a problem. PNP is only a way of increasing your score to get the ITA. But when you already have an ITA,you dont need it

I think the time for OINP is still 45 days. FAQ says so. The 14 days time is only after the one-key registration. So if you wait till the 30th day and then create the one-key you should be OK to submit it in those 15 days. Correct me if I am wrong.

Without giving my spouse details my score is 434 too, which happens to be today's cut-off but you should give your spouse details.
