Honestly as long as the picture shows your face you're good to go. My picture has a few black marks here and there due to scanning issues but not too worried about that. I've uploaded similar photos for my study permit, work permit, and temporary resident visas and I've had no issues so far.

Yeah just get a passport photo and scan it. I had to resize mine both in physical size and file size. There are plenty of online software that can help you with that.

But here's the thing, I haven't passed my medical yet. Is it normal for IP1 stage of BG to pass before the medical is passed?
