    No, I did not. I believe that's only required for your CoPR. For PR, you only need to upload one side of the digital photo with the specified requirements.

    In your case, yes, crop the photo from the A4 paper. To get the right pixel size, use online software to resize the photo to the required size. Just google "picture pixel resize online" and you'll find plenty of online software that can help you with that.

    Of course they do. IRCC will check your work experience against the NOC code you selected and if there are significant differences your application will be rejected.
