Yes there is 30 days, 45 days, and 60 days. It depends on the officer working on the application. I know it is confusing. Anyway, just follow what the officer tells you to do.

Their application is being processed in Canada--Case Processing Pilot (CPP) Ottawa, not in Manila visa office. Medical request arrives first and then after a few months a new update of their online status appears, then they will be asked to submit their original passports to Manila visa office.
