If you can, do up a new letter with a current date...and send everything again, statements from banks for last month showing your address. They are maybe asking for all this again to make sure you guys are still together, that you didn't move out....so I think it should all have the most current...

We sent the skype records with the application but I am not sure how to do it from the phone. Don't e-mail doc's, if I recall they said that the schedule A has to have an original signature. We used DHL - next day delivery. It was 40 euros. You can probaly do it by mail or at least registered mail.

Dear CanucsFan, I cannot imagine how frustrated you are after this much waiting. Have you tried sending them a case specific inquiry? They would have to send a response and can't hurt to try. This is way beyond unreasonable already.

Great news Willis, congrats! We had the same request in January and everything was sent in 2 weeks ago. Now we wait, not sure what the timeline would be. I hope not much longer. :)
