Just an update here: I got word from my MP's office that the wait time out of the Ottawa Pilot is 15-18 months and that it didn't actually receive anyones applications till June so the soonest I would be hearing anything would be September of this year. Anyways, I think it's a load of SHIZA...

Don't worry I have a white mp and it is not any better. It's interesting to see the variety of responses people are receiving, when I received my reply from my mp I was told that ottawa would be taking 15 months to process the cases and others have reported that their mp has said it's the same...

Based on other's experience your medical expires one year after you take it, not when the dr comments on it. (in your case it would expire Jan 2013)

Shah12 Yep medical just expired a couple weeks ago. I contacted my mp's office today, so hopefully I'll have an update in the next few days....
