The number of pieces of free luggage has to do with the airline that you are taking. You can travel within Canada with more than one bag, you just might have to pay extra for it - depending on what the rules of that airline are. You are best to contact the customer care centre of your airline...

Each time I come home from visiting my husband, I find the first few days back the worst, but eventually, you will get back into your regular routine and you will go back to how it was before you left. That doesn't make saying good bye any easier. I have a constant countdown on my calendar...
