Not giving the adaptability points for two years of PhD is for applicants before May 5, 2013. Now, you can get those points for two years of PhD in Canada and you also have 4 years of undergraduate study in Canada. Either of them can give you 5 points.

I don't know. But, I think recently there was a case of rejection because of this reason. You don't have any time to waste. If possible update it immidiatly ( don't change it just add days) and send it by email to be safe. Also make sure it has a date on the top.

I have a question. Do you know when your application was assigned to an officer for the first time? I mean was it assigned to an officer after you got Doc request or it was assigned recently?

This makes me worried. But, maybe because you already had 67 points without considering wife's education and Canadian son, they did not bother to award those points.

I don't remember any case of receiving them together. But, do not worry. Receiving PRRF request means that you passed eligibility. Is it mentioned in the email that you passed eligibility?
