CIC not updated CAP in last 2 weeks, likely there will be big jump in numbers for NOC 2171. Lets see how much CAP will be consumed.

Its preliminary step for the CIC officer to check your application and count the points of eligibility, and there is no place holder in application to provide Points. Better to include points and the explanation of the same in Covering letter.

In WES web site clearly states about the required list of documents, please check in the below link http://www.wes.org/required/index.asp Select India as the country. And based on your MBA university status with WES, different documents are required to submit.

It is based on your NOC code, looking at current trends if your applying for NOC 2171 than there is least chance to get picked in CAP. In case going with Express entry there is already a defined application process published in CIC website, please refer and plan accordingly.

I dont see any Choice left for you in this situation. Only option is to paste the WES address pasted on top of your address. And send this sealed cover to WES in another envolope from Courier company. Don't waste time on this just post it asap.
