I seen that same update on the day I received SA. :) It's possible you got Sponsor Approved but just have not received the email yet!

I am still able to access ECAS... I haven't been able to link my application to MyCIC though, so I am not sure, maybe once you link it to MyCIC, you can't access ECAS anymore? Maybe someone else will know this, haha. :-[

Actually I just checked ECAS and now it says that my Sponsor Approval is in process, but also says that Permanent Residence Application Status is now in process as well! Maybe that means I got SA!?

What is the benefit to linking your application to your MyCIC account, as opposed to just checking it online?
