Hi All, I have applied for FBI clearance certificate on 15 Mar 2014. I have checked with my bank about whether the $USD 18.00 has been negotiated but no luck. Did anyone knows how long does it take them to process it? Will they cash the draft after they process the application?

Just call the customer care and provide the draft serial number. They will let you know whether its been negotiated or not. I hope that helps.
