These labels are used to send any post from cic to you.So that it makes easy for them.Instead of writing your address they simply stick the labels you send with your application?
This is what seniors members said me to do
"1 word page cutted in to two equal pages and writing address on each of them and kept in a simple envelope and sent it with your application"

Keep those 2 equal pages in blank envelope (and mention on that envelope that "TWO SELF-ADDRESSED LABELS") so that it doesn't get misplaced in your file. You don't have to attach return envelope.
