once you applied online you will received a letter regarding biometrics and once you need to visit VAC for biometrics you need to take your passport and the letter which invites you for biometrics / thats it

Correct. the tracking ID which my friend mentioned above iis only for bio-metrics. i did confirm this from one of the representative in VAC Karachi.

contact to VAC Karachi, they are responsible to send the paper work / find out from them . i gave mine on 24th and status updated in 12 hrs .

you should ask this before you applied 3rd time, caips will help you understand the exact reason of refusal and you are able to focus on that particular point.
